Celebrating 30 Years of Caring For Our Community
Access to quality medical care is a basic need. It should be available to all, regardless of someone’s ability to pay.
Lake Huron Foundation
Lake Huron Foundation’s mission is to deliver compassionate, quality care to patients and better healthcare to communities. We are committed to providing access to high-quality care for people throughout St. Clair County regardless of ability to pay. The Foundation’s portfolio includes the People’s Clinic for Better Health, the Lake Huron Foundation Volunteer Organization and, charitable funds for underserved patient care needs including our Community Support, Pink Ribbon and Patient Emergency Funds. In collaboration with key community partners, we provide access to the highest-quality healthcare to the uninsured and underserved members of our community.
The Lake Huron Foundation is an extension of the Prime Healthcare Foundation, a 501(c)3 public charity. The Foundation is governed by a local board of directors which provides oversight to our day-to-day operations and financial assets and funds remain local. We are grateful for the opportunity to improve health outcomes and enrich lives right here in St. Clair County and surrounding areas.
